If you could only see what those of you who have already died have seen,

you would be terrified and overwhelmed,

you would listen attentively and you would obey instantly.

But that which they have seen remains veiled from you for now.

Very soon the veil will be lifted from you as well.

You have been shown (the truth) – if only you would truly see;

you have been made to hear – if only you would truly listen;

you have been guided to the path – if only you would accept guidance.

I have spoken to you with nothing but the plain truth.

You have been called loudly by vivid examples,

and you have been warned with the most piercing warnings.

After the heavenly messengers (the angels),

only a human being can convey Allah’s message to other human beings.

(So understand that what I am conveying to you is directly from Allah.)
