CLAUDIA’S BIO:
Claudia has dedicated her life to finding her own truth and unique expression of it. She's a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Postpartum Care Doula under the teaching and guidance of Dr. Vasant Lad and the Center for Sacred Window Studies. She's lived in the Netherlands, Costa Rica, New Mexico and India, and has, along the way, dedicated several years to intensive meditation and yoga practice as a way of learning more about herself and the world around her.
She's now growing her work as an Ayurvedic Postpartum Care Doula in the Netherlands, as well as training to become a mindfulness meditation teacher.
