In this second half of the episode, we have a really exciting segment on goal setting! While in previous years we have focused heavily on strength training goals, we divide our goal setting this year into 5 categories: strength,cardiovascular, sleep, nutrition, and mental health. As we learn more about how the non-gym aspects of our lives affect our health and even our physical progress, we want to continue to share this knowledge with our listeners!
