Everywhere we look—headlines, workplaces, even our own relationships—we see patterns of harm that keep cycling. We call it brokenness, dysfunction, injustice, self-sabotage… but whatever the name, it leaves people trapped and hurting. Deep down, most of us sense there’s more to life than this and wonder if there’s any real way out of the damage we’ve caused or inherited.
