There are many simple ways to practice mindfulness.
• Pay attention. Try to take the time to experience beauties around you with touch, sound, sight, smell and taste.
• Live in the moment. Try to Find joy in simple pleasures.
• Accept yourself. Treat yourself as you treat your best friend.
• Focus on your breathing. Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Focus on your breath as it moves in and out of your body.
Practice mindfulness sessions every day, effortless. Think of it as a commitment to reconnecting with and nurturing yourself. And prioritizing this time, is crucial if you require a mental or emotional reset.
