I'd been secretly ( and sometimes openly) pushing through numerous life challenges as we all do, and in my mind I was constantly screwing up and doubting myself. But I knew it wasn't just me that felt this way.

Snatched glimpses and conversations into the lives of others has shown me that many of us are teetering on the edge of something, often unable to find stable ground.

Currently experiencing a crappy writer's block, I decided to get my thoughts and feelings across using a different medium and so this podcast evolved.

I'm not a celebrity, or a therapist. I'm a nobody, but I'm everyone. We're all searching for connection and on occasion I've been known to go down the wrong path to find it.

I want to talk about topics that connect us and bring warmth and light to listeners. I'm scared, nervous, and full of fear; but it's never, or now.
