Summoned to Ward 26, the Doctor and the dirty blonde assassin make it to their destination – a posh hospital run by vaguely-sinister cat-ladies, who call themselves the Sisters of Plenitude. No time to browse the little shop, though; cos there isn't one, and the Doctor immediately earns the staff's disfavor when he saves the life of one stone-cold Duke of Manhattan. Rose, meanwhile, isn't exactly given a warm welcome either – what with bellicose bureaucracy, disinfecting lifts and the creepy fellow waiting to escort her to a very cellar-like Ward 26, where his "Mistress" awaits...
