Claire Barnett is the former Executive Director of UN Women UK and now the CEO of YourHaven, a wellness platform that offers AI generated therapy sessions based on the voices and work of real therapists, delivered by headsets like the Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro.

Having run a wellness studio in her spare time alongside her demanding roles, Claire is one of the very few leaders at the intersection of mental health, systemic change, and VR - and so she was delighted when asked to join YourHaven as cofounder and CEO.

We discuss Claire’s career from helping with microfinance in Brazil, through to her work at the bleeding edge of tech, covering the hard truths about gender equality along the way.
