Ronald O'Bryan offered to take his children out, as rain was immanent, and his wife was happy to stay back and pass out candy to the children coming by the house. Ronald and his two children were accompanied by a family friend and his two children. But what started as a night of giggling children skipping through the streets, ended in tragedy.
