Some people spend their whole lives in search of their life purpose. Tanja Lee, a leadership and mindset coach, discovered her calling in her first job, at Myer. It was there she learned a team is only as good as its leader – and the difference between business ownership and people leadership. 

Passionate about unlocking the purpose and potential in others, she found her home in real estate, after experiencing a lack of human connection from agents.
