"As You Are" - In this episode, we talk about the idea of recognizing where we are at any giving moment and how we can work with that.
It is a solo practice that encourages us to look within. It requires work and commitment to personal growth in order to accept who we are
BUT how do we find who we really are?
Ahmed Soliman @yogisoli, a NYC yoga teacher, joins us and shares some great tips on how to practice courage and growth while truly accepting and embracing ourselves. Ahmed Soliman began his professional life as a wildlife biologist and environmental scientist. Serving the natural environment and helping to recover endangered species was his way of giving to a greater good. This is a concept that he carries daily into his yogic lifestyle, both in teaching and in practice, seeking to serve the community in a way that supports strength, healing, and sustainability. He also brings his science background to his students through yoga retreats in locations that provide the incomparable forces of nature as a backdrop to our yoga journeys.
