Studies have shown that sound meditation can help to reduce stress and anxiety, which are two common causes of sleep problems. Sound meditation can also help to promote relaxation and promote deeper sleep. We decided to bring in George to the podcast to hear his first hand opinion as a sound practitioner about the benefits of sound.
