Mike is a father of 2 and a stepdad of a 3rd child. Mike and I sat down and spoke about our respective lives and contemplate our roles as dads. We also discuss how we manage our inner selves and how easily we can lie to ourselves.

We also discuss the importance of mindfulness and gratitude, and how, with these practices, we can learn to recentre ourselves so we can be a guiding light for those around us.
