
In this episode, I share some points to consider when trying to make a decision about whether it might be time to take a break from "healing" - either training in new modalities or seeing practitioners/coaches etc, reading self help books, going to healing workshops and retreats and so on.
I propose some reasons why taking a break or simply scaling back can be a good idea and some self-reflection questions you can think or journal about or talk about with your own mentor/teacher to help make the best decision.
