This week Chloe joins me to chat about all things Pilates, from who should not do it, (spoiler alert - no one!) to the 5 basic principles of Pilates. 


Chloe is a STOTT-certified Pilates teacher and Founder of Chloe’s Pilates and she goes above and beyond the mat with her expansive and holistic approach to wellbeing. 


Having based herself across London and the Cotswolds for the last ten years, Chloe has built up her community of clients offering them her guided support to not only build their core strength but overall state of mind as well. 


Chloe’s work has featured amongst key titles including YOU Magazine and Sheerluxe as well as in collaborative partnerships with Deliciously Ella, Rosemary Ferguson and Bamford to name a few. We’re so lucky that she could spare the time to chat to us, thank you Chloe!
