In case we haven’t met yet, I’m Chelsea - a Nutritionist, former Miss Iowa, retired opera singer, and total Jesus gal. For nearly a decade I tried to get the body I desired with overcomplicated diet plans, restrictive calorie & macro tracking, and supplement programs that robbed me of my time, money, and mental peace with food.
🙌 Once I finally realized that God did not design food to be a burden, I started investigating how to eat the way He intended. Then the dark clouds parted, healthy eating became simple, I now feel FREEDOM with food, and finally have peace in a body I sincerely love.

43. How to eat healthy without giving up sweets
Where are my fellow sweet-tooth people at?!
🍪 I am a bonafide pastry and baked goods gal, so if eating healthy meant completely giving up all desserts and sweet treats...I probably wouldn't do it to be totally honest!
That's why coming up with strategies to "have your cake and eat it too" has been one of my favorite parts of coaching nutrition.
