Life comes 'challenge guaranteed' in all stages of our lives, and if you haven't come to terms with that the agony can weigh so heavy and result in resentment, feeling like a victim and it can stunt your growth and rob your from deriving value from each hurdle. So learn 'to make lemonade, and MORE. It sure can be a lonely road through it all, but if there's a gift you can give yourself is to learn to face challenges and refuse to be swallowed by them. Take them for what they are... Take each situation as an exam question, a practical in a lab or a lap to run. Build courage by facing challenges head on..don't whine and over share, increase your competence and wisdom through learning about the challenge at hand..let it give you experience, build resilience through perseverance..don't backdown, use the misfortune to your advantage... reach out and make connections, find new happiness, learn more about who you are, master the problem and learn what causes failure... use it, share it and charge for that knowledge.
