Shake Diets. They are the ever lingering diet trend from the \'80s and \'90s and for some reason, we just can\'t shake them. 

But are they allll bad? Is there a time and a place where they might be helpful? In this week\'s episode, I cover the good, the bad, and of course the ugly when it comes to diet shakes and meal replacement shakes.
