Lauren Bassford presents a case study of Mary Magdalene as inspiration to embrace the opportunities God gives us for a fresh start. Lauren is a published author and ladies' study teacher. She has published books on Colossians and Psalms and has taught ladies bible studies in Illinois, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas. She homeschools her two children. When the family is not exploring God’s creation, they live in Spring, Texas, and work with the Kleinwood church family. Lauren also works as the Adoption Support Director for Sacred Selections, an adoption funding organization. Before the passing of her husband, Matt, they labored together at churches in Texas, Illinois, and Tennessee.
