For 10 years, Higher Standards Academy was just Jerilyn Kass. She was independently doing the work of the entire business—teaching SAT prep to college-bound students—and growing slowly but steadily. For a while, slow and steady worked for her. But comfort soon grew into impatience, and she realized faster growth would take an outside perspective so she could see and focus on the areas of her business she was neglecting.
