Full Guided Body Scan to Reduce Stress and Anxiety

Todays episode is a guided body scan meditation to help to release stress and bring about feelings of calm and peace. This process is one of the main techniques used in “mindfulness based cognitive therapy” and one of the most powerful too. The aim of the body scan is to provide a safe space to witness what is present in your body and then allow it to be exactly as it is. We learn how to turn towards sensations and feelings, rather than run away from them. Choose to move through this practice slowly, gracefully, and with an attitude of gentle curiosity.
