Episode 23 - One Thing with Allen Finley

Join Professor Allen Finley as they discuss one thing they want people challenged by pain to know about.

In this podcast, pain expert Allen Finley shares his insights on how to deal with pain and not let it dictate our future. Allen, who works with children and teenagers dealing with pain in a clinical setting, talks about how important it is to keep our goals in place and not let pain stop us from doing what we want to do in life. He urges listeners not to assume that they won't be able to follow a certain career or pursue a particular sport or activity just because of the pain they are experiencing now. Allen explains that even chronic complex pain can be resolved or managed, and that it's important to keep hope going and look forward to the future. This podcast is a must-listen for anyone who has been challenged by pain and needs some inspiration to keep going.
