Today's guest is the Co-Founder and CEO of Survey Shack, which is the first interactive, affordable, and informative self-survey app, guiding users through each step of the property survey process.

He left school at 16 with a plan to trade derivatives then build something of his own and by 20, he was one of the youngest traders in London, learning to operate under pressure, think commercially, and back himself.

At 18 he started buying property and later retrained as a surveyor, drawn to a profession where his output could start helping others.

However, he kept seeing the same problems: deals collapsing, frustrated sellers, and a lack of clarity for buyers.

Rather than keep explaining the flaws, he has set out to fix them and that is how Survey Shack began and a simple way for buyers and sellers to assess condition quickly and clearly at low cost.

It reduces risk, saves time, and builds trust. We are changing the status quo.

Survey Shack are now raising under EIS to scale across the UK and expand into B2B across the property spectrum.

Their focus is tools that capture condition data at source and make decisions faster and fairer.

Survey Shack is solving today’s problems and building towards a future where fully autonomous condition assessments are the norm.
