Aspiring penguin spy Pip Flippers faces his first field test: delivering a top-secret envelope across the treacherous Serpent's Fjord. Alongside a gadget-wielding seal named Tina, Pip braves soda-powered sleds and accidental pink camouflage. When the villainous Dr. Blubber intervenes with a giant vacuum, the duo must use "sudsy justice" to prove that courage is more important than the mission's contents.
