It is very common these days for people to belittle or try to explain away the success of others. People usually speak as though they can actually do better than the person if they were in the same position. But the truth is, in life, you can not be so sure if you will do better if you were in a better position and truthfully, there are people who if they were put in the position you're in right now no matter where that is, would do so much better than you're doing.
