Real empowerment of women is when they are allowed to marry their chosen life partners.
Just to share my ideas and vent my feelings. Some times when a woman chooses to get married to guy outside their caste or religion , most of the times it results in disapproval from their parents and she will be forcibly married to some one else. I do think arranged marriages are meant to perpetuate the caste and religion in the society.
