What does it really take to build freedom as a couple?
For Santiago and Debbie Martinez, it meant trading the grind for growth. Debbie walked away from full-time trauma and critical care as a Physician Assistant to embrace per diem work, more time in her garden, and the presence she had always longed for. Santi, a world-class martial artist, took the discipline of wrestling, judo, and jiu-jitsu and applied it to building a 55-door real estate portfolio and a flipping company in the Lehigh Valley.
In this episode, they share their journey from meeting online during COVID to traveling the world together, from self-doubt to their first big win in real estate, and from burnout to balance. Their story is a reminder that success isn’t measured by the number of doors you own, but by the person you’re becoming in the process.
You’ll learn:
Why differences in a relationship can be your superpower
How to balance explosive growth with slowing down to be present
The “Long Sword and Short Sword” strategy for building cash flow and wealth
