This week's episode is a short one, but I get into what diet culture is, ways you can be self-aware of diet culture in your surroundings, and how to resist its seriously damaging conditions and implications: diet culture has sparked eating disorders, maintained body dysmorphia, worshipped thinness, but TO WHAT END?
