Caleigh is the founder and CEO of Fight2Breathe who has been living with cystic fibrosis since birth. Having undergone two double lung transplants and countless surgeries and traumas, she has spent a large part of her life advocating for cystic fibrosis, organ transplant, and the rare disease community. On top of all of her health challenges, Caleigh has a love for adventure and her husband spent years doing van life across the United States, then slowmadding around Europe, and recently settled in Spain! This episode is all about how to travel and move abroad with a chronic illness because as Caleigh says, following your dreams is worth it!
