All five candles in Lake Arkansas Texas are lit and only the faded reflections of Saint Garcia Flores and Agent Alister McAndrews flicker in the mirror. The room at the top of the Creek Estate feels very quiet. Still. Silent. The light of the setting sun cuts through the gauzy curtains and fills the room with an orange warmth. Through the single pane of glass, our investigators can hear the chirping of a singular Northern Mockingbird on one of the many Texas Ash trees surrounding the house.
