Life is never easy – it can be a constant struggle, with extreme lows and incredible highs. Life will humble you, and it will attempt to break you down. Sometimes in life, we need quotes about strength to remind us to remain strong through hard times. Unfortunately, hard times can come in many forms in life. There is no doubt that the current global crisis has exasperated many of life’s challenges; they can vary from relationship difficulties, losing a loved one, illness, financial hardship, job loss, sporting disappointments, isolation, fear and anxiety to name a few. You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror.
