Château Pierre de Montignac 2015,  $25.95   Smoke, fine oak, coffee and ripe dark fruit.   Pair with an older salty cheddar.

Marchesi de' Frescobaldi Tenuta di Castiglioni, $21.95.  This silky, modern-styled blend of Cab, Merlot and Sangiovese is filled with red fruit.
