Trying Twisted Cedar

One of the best selling wines in the United States finally comes north.

The Twisted Cedar wine brand is wholly owned by the Cedar Band of Paiute Indians, one of five constituent Bands of the Paiute Indian Tribe of Utah.

Very aggressive pricing for the quality of these California wines.

Twisted Cedar Chardonnay, $18.95.  Aged for 10 months in French and American oak. Expect tropical fruit flavours, toasty oak, and vanilla.

Twisted Cedar Cabernet Sauvignon, $18.95.  Look for cherry, plum, cassis, chocolate, and oak notes.
