"Future of work will create more demand for flexibility and respect across the workforce and thus, employers have to prioritise these in the future. Value in coming back to office will play a significant role in the future and it may also cause employees to switch, thus contributing to attrition," said Akhil. Additionally, casting light on 'moonlighting' he mentioned that other than simply for money, many employees also moonlight for other factors such as skilling and developing.
