Sacred Pause: Mindful Flow

Mindfulness is mainstream y'all.  

This is no longer a nice-to-have fad, but now recognized as what it actually is - a 100% necessary skill. Regular mindfulness practice not only improves your brain power, it supports emotional regulation, better coordination, and improved decision making. Mindfulness help us make sense of the complexity of our experience.  

Moving meditation is one way we can help our body be mindful, and our mind be body-ful!  

This practice is so simple. It also requires your full attention.

I hope you enjoy this practice and use it as a sacred pause in your day.
