When I feel like something has been stuck to me, it helps me to -- quite literally -- sweep it off my skin.
This Personal Practice will incorporate breath, mantra, and self-touch.
Take this practice at your own pace, and be easy with yourself. It can be particularly helpful to engage with this practice in a moment where you can step away, and find yourself in a space that feels safe, quiet, and private.
