🔐 MiCA IN PRACTICE: Differentiating between versions and phases

Many of you are asking: Are these versions 1.0 and 1.1?

❌ No! There is ONLY ONE regulation: Regulation (EU) 2023/1114.

✅ But in practice we distinguish:

🔹 MiCA v1 (June 2023) – basic text

🔹 MiCA v1.5 (June 2024) – stablecoins

🔹 MiCA v2 (December 2024+) – CASP license + Level 2/3

🇨🇿 IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC:

Digital Finance Act from 15.2.2025

DEADLINE APPLICATION: 31.7.2025

No application from 1.7.2026 = ban on activity
