I don't know what I'm doing either.

Some days you wake up and everything feels heavy. The questions, the pressure, the need to have it all figured out. In this episode, I'm letting go of the need to be perfect, and just be honest.

I talk about comparison, fear, self-sabotage, and what it feels like to not have the answers. I share a personal journal entry, ask a few questions worth sitting with, and remind you and (myself) that it's okay to not know. That's part of being human. If you're trying to make it through the day, this one's for you.
