Like many people, we are huge fans of the hit Apple TV+ show Severance. It’s very bingeable and made us think about our own POVs on compartmentalizing our work and career from the rest of our lives. Is focusing entirely on productivity at the office and then never bringing work home a sign of good work-life balance, or are there downsides to mentally writing off huge chunks of your day?
