This is a spicy one! For many of us who were taught to be “good girls” as children, we grew up learning prioritizing certain values that suppressed a lot of individual expression and experimentation. Now, as adults, we have to unlearn a lot of those habits to find balance and success. It’s a strange trap that many of us get stuck in and this week we’re unpacking that.
