Joan has played for Franklin United and Papakura City and is a coach at SuperStars, and The 18 Yard Club.

At just 17, Milly Clegg made the Football Ferns squad at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. By 18, she had signed with NWSL side Racing Louisville in Kentucky. Now 19, the talented young forward is aiming to strike it big in Canada’s new Northern Super League with the Halifax Tides. Milly joins us from Nova Scotia to share her first impressions of the Canadian league and what it means to be part of a brand-new chapter in women’s football.
