In this episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Israel's leading ultramarathon runner, Ariel.

Ariel is 51 years young, father of Roey, Einav and Amit, Vegan since 2011, CEO of an Israeli tech startup, running marathons since 2009, ultra marathon since 2011, 200+km/24+h races since 2025. He is a four time winner of Israel's top ultramarathon, three time Spartathlon finisher, winner of Berlin Wall 100 mile race, and national record breaker for 24 hours of running.
