As a young African American woman navigating her way through college and facing the many obstacles with being black in today's society, preserving my mental health/ well-being was extremely important. Music has always been a key element to my mental health and this platform is used to uplift and encourage other black and brown individuals to take control of their mental health/ well-being while ultimately living your life being authentically you.
