लोकनीति-सीएसडीएस के रिसर्च फैलो की स्टडी रिपोर्ट सामने आई है. इसमें दल-बदल से जुड़ा एक आंकड़ा दिया गया है. आंकड़ा ये है कि 2017 से 2020 तक पद पर रहते हुए 168 सांसद-विधायकों ने दल-बदल किया है. और दल-बदल करने वालों में भी 82 फ़ीसदी यानी 138 लोगों ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी को चुना तो दल बदल क़ानून होने के बावजूद देश में इधर चला मैं, उधर चला क्यों होता रहता है. और कैसे प्रभावी बनेगा ये क़ानून इसी मसले पर पॉडख़ास में अमन गुप्ता ने बात की राजनीतिक विश्लेषक, लेखक और वरिष्ठ पत्रकार विजय त्रिवेदी से.
