To understand this we will know what is homeostasis and how our body’s endocannabinoid system keeps everything in balance? We talk about modern-day cannabis drugs and their uses like THC-based medications, dronabinol (Marinol®) and nabilone (Cesamet®), Nabiximols (Sativex®), Epidiolex®.
