Bogdan A. Mugescu is the Founder & Managing Partner of Atheneum Advisors (boutique M&A and others).
Prior to that, he was the Business Development Manager for Bucharest Stock Exchange, Impetum Group and FruFru (a company specialising in healthy food production in which Unilever bought 75% of the shares).
He holds a Master’s in European Politics, Economics, SNSPA and a Bachelor’s in Political Science, University of Bucharest.
