From there, the conversation shifts to the drama of deadline day, with Alexander Isak finally making his long-anticipated switch from Newcastle to Liverpool, while Guehi’s proposed move from Crystal Palace collapsed at the last moment.

We then turn to Manchester United’s rollercoaster week, first crashing out to Grimsby on penalties, before narrowly edging Burnley with a stoppage-time winner.
