How to connect with your soul? How to hear it? You need to learn to feel with your heart, to establish a connection with the soul. the first thing to do is to start talking with it, learn to consult with the soul and over time you will hear its answers. For this you need to find your place, space, take a comfortable position, close eyes, relax, start breathing consciously, making deep calm breaths you relax more and more, shift the focus of your attention from external sounds to your sensations, hear your heart beating, feel your body, your chest expands and now call upon your soul, your higher self. Start a conversation with gratitude, and then mentally ask her the questions you are interested in and accept answers at the level of sensations. The soul can answer you in the form of a song, situation, event and so on. Even more information will come to you during meditation or immediately after it as an intuitive insight, but there is one important point .
