Prashasti Varshney is an alumnus of PGP-BL at IIM-Kozhikode and one of the Student Committee members for the BL-01 batch. She was a part of SAP as a Business Process Associate Consultant, and that's where she and Shatadip launched a diversity and inclusion programme using theatre for the organisation. Currently, she is working at Accenture Strategy as a technology strategist. We welcome her and Shatadip for this podcast and tune in to listen to their experience building programmes from the ground up

BL-Insights Circle: BL-Insights Circle is a part of PGP-BL (Post Graduate Programme in Business Leadership – IIM Kozhikode's One Year MBA Programme) which revolves around providing the students in the cohort with an alternative approach to leadership.
