Protest Law with Nick Robinson and David Voorman

Over the last year and in response to recent violent protesting more than more than 90 anti-protest bills have been introduced in at least thirty states. Many of these proposed laws seek guilt by association for mass gatherings that could become violent, or if a handful of individuals become violent. Subject matter experts Senior Legal Advisor of International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, Nick Robinson as well as Senior Policy Analyst of Americans for Prosperity David Voorman discuss the implications of these policies and what can be done to protect free speech and our constitutional right to peacefully assemble.
